YA-Promoteam

Over a month ago I was chosen by a publisher for their YA-promoteam. There were over 200 people who wanted to be in this team and they choose me! So of course when I saw my name on the list I was very happy and couldn’t believe it. Today was the first time all the ambassadors came together. We had lunch and a photoshoot, so how amazing is that!

What does a promoteam exactly?

A promoteam means you promote books for a publisher (duhh). Yes you get free books and go to many book events! Of course you need to do stuff back like reviewing, promoting their books in every way you can, help brainstorming for new awesome ideas and recommend new books they can publish. But that’s not the only thing, you build connections in the publishers world and meet new people who love books.

It’s not the first time I do this, and I already met a of lot people, all bookworms like me. That’s so amazing, people who share your passion. So for all the readers out there, write to publishers and ask if you can promote their books! You wont regret it.

Today was the first time I saw the publishing office. It was nice, we had lunch and a photoshoot like I said before. I will post the pictures on my blog when I have them. It was a little bit cold because the pictures were taken in the garage, but it was well worth it.

Blurb book one: Sage…

They were born at midnight—four witchlings. Earth, Air, Fire, and Water—bound by magic and blood.

Sage Sutton loves horses, the beauty of nature and witchcraft. Her earth magic comes naturally. With the help of her best friend Brooke, they set forth to complete their circle. Not an easy or simple task. They had a grave deadline—the end of summer—eleven months.

The witchling, Fire, refuses to accept her powers, and the Air witchling, is nowhere to be found. They don’t have the faintest clue who or where she is. Without a complete circle, they are doomed. Finding the last witchling, Air, is utmost important. She is the key to the final link in the chain.

Sage’s birthday is fast approaching, the fall equinox. But they aren’t the only ones born at midnight…a curse unleashed. As each of their eighteenth birthdays approach, so does the strength of the curse.

And as if her life isn’t complicated enough, in strolls Blake Sinclair. Blonde. Blue eyes. Adorable. Will Sage be able to control her heart and defeat the curse?

Blurb…

Less than six months ago my life was twisted and flipped on its side. Things have changed so much I barely recognize myself anymore.

I am no longer an Enforcer.

I am no longer a Witch.

I no longer hate the Fae. (For the most part)

And the sex-on-a-stick-gorgeous-Fae? He isn’t really the Dark Prince.

No, he is the father of my children and with the babies on the way, the land dying and the Mages closing in; alliances will have to be formed if we are all to make it through the war that is coming to our front door.

Between warring Gods and Goddesses, how are any of us supposed to win?

Seducing Destiny (The Fae Chronicles, #4), another teaser!

He was almost as tall as Vlad, with dark black hair that matched Ryder’s eyes in his Horde King form. He turned his head and looked right at me, and then narrowed his eyes, which were a dark blue that in the shadows almost looked black. He wore a crisp white dress shirt, with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows and a black tie that looked out of place in this bar. Lucian’s arms were covered in tattoos, which looked like markings that I couldn’t place or recognize. He was beautiful, and yet I felt his power as it leaked from his pores. He reminded me of the first time I had laid eyes on Ryder. I knew I should run away, and yet all I could do was openly stare uncaring that he returned the favor.

“Horde King,” he said as he finally tore his eyes from me and looked right at Ryder. His eyes came back to me and I felt the hair at the back of my neck stand up.

“Demon King,” Ryder acknowledged.

“Who the fuck is he?” I asked on our shared mental path.

“Lucifer’s right hand man,” Ryder grumbled. “If Lucifer didn’t run hell, Lucian would. He owns and runs the sex clubs on the West Coast. He isn’t afraid of anything. Don’t piss him off, because he has no morals and no fear, Synthia. He is death in raw form. No one knows what he actually is, or who his parents are. My father didn’t even deal with him or his people because of the rumors that surround him.”

“You’re carrying twins, my twins, and I like this bump. I like the sight of you carrying my children in this beautiful body,” he whispered huskily as he placed both of his palms on my swollen midsection, just in time for the babes to kick him. “They can feel me,” he replied with sincerity. “I already feel them linking us together. We’re a family, and nothing and nobody will change that.”
